U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr., the nation’s 74th Treasury Secretary, will visit the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2006. His visit to the Exchange will mark his first public appearance in New York since being sworn into office on July 10 in Washington, D.C. by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts.

NYSE Welcomes WNS (Holdings) Limited, Parent of Leading Provider of Business Process Outsourcing Services WNS brings NYSE roster of listed companies from India to 10

The American Depositary Shares (ADSs) of WNS (Holdings) Limited, the parent company of WNS Global Services Limited, a leading provider of offshore business process outsourcing (BPO) services, today began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “WNS” after the company’s successful initial public offering on the Exchange raised $224 million.

The initial public offering by WNS follows several recent successes by Indian companies on the NYSE. The listing by WNS brings the total number of companies from India on the NYSE to 10. All qualified companies from India listing in U.S. markets since 1999 have chosen the NYSE.
