Activating 226 issues on Jan. 23

On Tuesday, Jan. 23, we'll activate another 226 issues into Phase III of the NYSE Hybrid Market, increasing the total of active issues to 3,515, compared with a complete list of approximately 3,675.

A few notes on the activation list:

IMF WD -- Western Asset Inflation Management Fund Inc. - effective trade date is 1/19/07.
MNP WD -- Western Asset Municipal Partners Fund Inc. - effective trade date is 1/19/07.
MVO -- MV Oil Trust - effective trade date is 1/19/07.
