From Marisa Ricciardi: On Monday, Aug. 31, producers and cast members from "The Toxic Avenger” visited NYSE to ring the Opening Bell and celebrate their 2009 Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Off-Broadway New Musical. Dressed in character and armed with laughs, cast members and former American Idol runner-up Diana DeGarmo toured the trading floor and learned about how the stock market works. Diana DeGarmo, excited to be the official bell ringer, even promised to learn how to buy stocks after her visit to NYSE!
